Haburah offers a diverse portfolio of study programs that explore the interior dimensions of human life through the lens of Kabbalah, mysticism, psychology, and consciousness. These programs are designed for students seeking depth, coherence, and a structured path of spiritual understanding. Each course presents ancient wisdom in a clear and accessible format, grounded in traditional sources and articulated for the modern mind.

Reincarnation and Soul Agreements

This program explores the journey of the soul across incarnations and the spiritual architecture that shapes human life. Participants learn how missions are determined, how family bonds are chosen, and how conflicts originate at the level of the soul (shoresh neshamah). Topics include: what occurs between incarnations, the spiritual roots of character patterns, how pre-birth agreements influence life decisions, and how karmic processes shape relationships, health, and purpose. The course offers a coherent framework to understand destiny, choice, suffering, and growth from a mystical perspective supported by classical sources.

Initiation to Kabbalistic Meditation

A structured introduction to meditation from the Kabbalistic tradition. Students learn to meditate from zero using simple and effective tools rooted in breathwork, visualization, and divine letter combinations. The program introduces the 72 Divine Names, Hebrew letter meditations, and advanced techniques from Abulafian methods, integrating theory and practice. The goal is to make meditation functional and sustainable in daily life, supporting emotional regulation, concentration, and connection to higher levels of consciousness.

Dreams and Premonition

Dreams are among the oldest spiritual phenomena studied in Jewish tradition. This course differentiates between symbolic, psychological, prophetic, and mediumistic dreams. Based on teachings from the Zohar, the Talmud, Rav Haim Vital, and other classical sources, participants study why some dreams manifest, how to interpret dreams responsibly, how to remember them effectively, and how to use their content as spiritual and psychological information. The course integrates insights from neuroscience and depth psychology for a holistic understanding of the dream-state.

Introduction to Universal Kabbalah

A foundational program on the metaphysics of creation, consciousness, and the soul. Students explore the structure of the soul, the Four Worlds, the Tree of Life, and the dynamics of desire and intention. The course examines how tikkun—spiritual correction and mission—unfolds in the human experience and how perception can be transformed through knowledge of inner worlds. No prior background is required; the program is intended to give participants a conceptual map of reality through the lens of Kabbalah.

The Applied Tree of Life

A practical exploration of the Etz haChaim as a system of consciousness, energy, and human development. Participants study the ten sefirot as dimensions of being and learn to identify and dissolve internal blockages (klipot) that affect emotional patterns, clarity, and personal potential. The course explains how imbalances in the sefirotic structure generate conflict, repetition, and limitation—and how corrective processes can support growth, resilience, and integration.

Edifying Relationships

Relationships serve as a field for inner work and ethical refinement. This program integrates mystical wisdom with psychology to explore communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, conscious parenting, and conflict resolution. Participants gain tools to strengthen marriage, family bonds, and social relationships by aligning emotional life with values, dignity, and awareness. The course emphasizes responsibility, empathy, and the cultivation of meaningful connection.

The Hidden Power of the Hebrew Letters

An in-depth study of the 22 Hebrew letters as archetypes of creation and channels of divine energy. Drawing on the Sefer Yetzirah and other classical texts, participants explore how letters function as spiritual forces and how their geometry, sound, and symbolism shape consciousness and reality. Each session integrates theoretical study with guided meditative practices to experience the energetic properties of the letters directly.
