Tzedakah Fund
Haburah’s Tzedakah Fund was created in 2020 with a simple and profoundly human purpose: to transform lives. Established by Rabbi Max Godet, the fund serves as a space where tithes and acts of social justice become gestures of light, responsibility, and spiritual consciousness. Every contribution is guided by the ethical principles of Kabbalah and Jewish law, ensuring that each act of giving supports dignity, development, and genuine possibility for those in need.

The fund is administered with complete transparency and great care. Priority is given to families with children, young couples, and single mothers who are open to or already engaged in a path of personal and spiritual growth. Assistance is not limited to covering immediate needs; it seeks to accompany processes that lead to independence, self-confidence, and the construction of a new stage of life. Beneficiaries receive not only financial support but also emotional and spiritual guidance, along with tailored training relevant to their circumstances.

Haburah operates without administrative expenses or salaries. There are no hidden costs. A small committee of volunteers—who are themselves donors—manages the fund with rigor and integrity. Every donation reaches its destination in full. Throughout the year, Haburah also organizes programs in emotional and financial literacy for young people from low-income backgrounds with significant potential. Many have received scholarships and practical tools that help unlock future opportunities. Each case is followed personally, because we do not see numbers—we see stories, faces, and futures.
To support the Tzedakah Fund is to join a small circle of people who choose not to look away. It is to strengthen a culture of compassion, empowerment, and responsibility. Your contribution does more than solve a single problem; it restores confidence, opens pathways, and plants the seeds of long-term transformation. If you wish to take part in this work, you are welcome to donate and to share your name or intention. Thank you for your generosity.
