Our activities take place in various locations throughout South Florida, including hotel spaces, synagogues, and private homes. We announce gatherings and events by email to those registered in our database. Programs are offered in English, Spanish, Hebrew, and Portuguese. Rosh Chodesh Connection
New moon gatherings dedicated to the spiritual work of the month, meditation, niggunim, and connection to the Hebrew calendar as a map of consciousness.
Erev Shabbat
Pre-Shabbat gatherings to enter the awareness and sanctity of the day, with music for the soul, meditation, and short study.
Jewish Holydays
Celebrations oriented toward the inner meaning of the chagim, with study, music, and contemplative practices within the halachic framework.
Contemplative Torah Study
Study of Torah and Jewish mysticism oriented toward inner development. from an applied and contemporary perspective, showing their relevance for human development, psychology, relationships, parenting, ethics, and daily life.
Jewish Meditation & Breathwork:
Guided practices of Jewish meditation. We teach meditation grounded in Kabbalah, the contemplative Jewish tradition, and the methods of great mystics such as Rabbi Abraham Abulafia.
Spiritual Retreats:
Days of mental detox, silence, study, contemplative practice, and shared community. They offer a space to deepen, heal, gain clarity, and reconnect with the spiritual dimension beyond external noise and distraction.
Mindful Movement & Jewish Yoga:
Body–spirit integration with the proper intention and coherence with Jewish tradition. These practices help to recognize the movement of thought, manage stress, organize the emotional world, and open a space for connection with the spiritual dimension of Judaism.
Host a class in your home
Would you like to host a class in your home? You can organize a group of friends and invite the Rabbi to lead a session on topics that bridge psychology and applied Kabbalah. Some themes are practical and oriented toward daily life; others explore the mystical and contemplative dimensions of the soul. Choose the topic that interests you and reach out to us for details.
